Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Cubby. By using the service you agree to them. They’re written to be readable; if anything is unclear, just ask.

The service
Cubby generates parametric 3D models (Gridfinity bins and baseplates, Festool/TANOS-style organizers, and more) that you can preview in your browser and export as print-ready files. The core generator and STL export are free to use without an account.
Accounts
Saving designs requires signing in with Google. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Don’t misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and no uploading of unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Cubby Pro & billing
Cubby Pro is an optional paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe. It unlocks unlimited saved designs, premium standards, and additional export formats. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
You can cancel any time from the billing portal; your Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to the free tier. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice; changes don’t affect the period you’ve already paid for.
Your designs & ownership
The configurations you create and the files you export are yours. You keep all rights to your designs. By saving or sharing a design, you grant Cubby the limited right to store and display it so the product can function (including showing public designs to anyone with the share link).
Cubby’s own software, branding, and site content remain ours. The authoritative geometry is rendered by an open-source OpenSCAD engine that runs only on our servers; the geometry you export is output you may use freely. See the licenses page for open-source attribution.
No warranty on printability
Cubby produces watertight, dimensionally-specified models, but we can’t guarantee a given model prints perfectly on your specific printer, material, or settings, or fits a specific real-world product. Always sanity-check critical dimensions before a long print. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cubby and Bespoke Woodcraft Studio are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for wasted filament, print time, or materials, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Questions? Email support@bespokewoodcraftstudio.com.
