Privacy Policy

Cubby is operated by Bespoke Woodcraft Studio (“Cubby”, “we”, “us”). If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@bespokewoodcraftstudio.com.

Account data.Using the generator and exporting files needs no account. If you choose to sign in with Google to save designs, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We request only the minimum scopes (“openid”, “email”, “profile”) — never your Google Drive, Calendar, or contacts.

Saved designs.When you save a design we store its parameters (the numbers and options you chose), the standard it’s based on, and a small preview image. These are linked to your account.

Billing data.If you subscribe to Cubby Pro, payment is handled by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and never touch Cubby’s servers. We keep only a Stripe customer identifier and your subscription status so we know which plan you’re on.

Technical data. Standard server logs (e.g. IP address, request time) are processed by our hosting provider, Vercel, to operate and secure the service.

To authenticate you, store and display your saved designs, process your subscription, keep the service secure, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in after you authenticate with Google. It is strictly necessary for the account features to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We share data only with the processors that run the service: Google (sign in), Stripe (payments), Neon (database), and Vercel (hosting and blob storage). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

If you mark a saved design as public, its preview image, name, and parameters become viewable by anyone with the share link. You can make it private again at any time from your library.

You can delete any saved design from your library at any time, which removes its data and preview image. You can also permanently delete your entire account from your library page (“Delete account”) — this removes your profile and all saved designs, purges their preview images, and cancels any active subscription. Cubby is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
